Completed in June 2006, VillaTina has 130 sq.m. of living area and is set in 800 sq.m. of grounds on the outskirts of Karavados village.
There are magnificent views from all the balconies and patio areas, where you can enjoy your early morning coffee or evening drinks and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, broken only by the sound of the occasional goat bells!

The lounge area consists of seating for six and where you can relax and enjoy the TV, DVD player and CD/Radio. A variety of CDs and DVDs are available for your use, together with a games compendium.

The kitchen area is equipped with an oven/grill, 4-ring hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, together with a full range of crockery and cutlery. There is also an extending table, giving seating room for six people.

There are three bedrooms, consisting of one with a king size bed and two with twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms have the additional benefits of lovely views from their balconies, together with ceilings to the roof beams, which create a very airy atmosphere.
The downstairs bedroom opens out onto the patio area with the pool just below.

There is a fully equipped bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate shower cubicle, whilst downstairs is fully equipped with a large shower cubicle.

Outside, there is a large patio area and swimming pool with sun-beds, together with a gazebo, under which you can enjoy your morning breakfast or savour the delights of your BBQs.
There is also a parking area with a pergola.
