is situated on the outskirts of Karavados, a quiet village
in the Livathos region of southern Kefalonia. The villa is
approximately 10 kms ( less than 15 minutes drive ) from both
the airport and the capital town of Argostoli, and is only
2 kms from the quiet seaside area of Ayios (St) Thomas, with
small sandy coves famous for the clarity of their water. Also
close by is Pessada, a pretty village that is also the port
for the ferry to the neighbouring island of Zakynthos.
In all, there are 5 beaches within 8 kms of VillaTina and
several restaurants and tavernas in neighbouring villages. |

has 3 bedrooms, living area, fitted kitchen / dining area,
large shower room and bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Outside there is a patio and terrace, together with a swimming
pool, gazebo and barbecue for those who wish to take advantage
of the excellent climate and dine "al fresco". It
is set in 800 sq.m of landscaped grounds on the outskirts
of Karavados and has panoramic views of the sea and neighbouring
island of Zakynthos to the south, Mount Enos to the east and
the castle of St George to the west. |
